|Travel and Hospitality||Students will develop the language and skills needed for success in the tourism and hospitality industries. |Academic Writing||Students will improve their professional writing skills and will focus on the elements associated with formal writing including thesis, hook statements, and paragraph styles; this course is designed for both professionals and students preparing for university (i.e. writing personal statements, applying for scholarships).||Intermediate|
|Longman Academic Writing Series|
|Creative Writing & Literature||Students will improve their brainstorming and creating writing skills through character development, plot diagramming, and learning the terminology associated with short story writing; this course is mainly intended for students who write leisurely; students will also read and analyze short stories||Intermediate|
